Strategies in Motion. Futures in Focus.

We partner with people, teams, and communities navigating transition, growth, and real-life complexity to name what is emerging, shape what comes next, and strengthen coherence in how they live, lead, and relate.

At Sojourner Strategy Group, we believe navigation is a living journey—unfolding within a person, between people, among communities, and across the systems we shape. We partner with you through coaching and consulting engagements that strengthen coherence: the capacity to stay connected to what is real, respond with intention, and move with greater steadiness at the edge of discovery.

Coaching can strengthen self-leadership, discernment, decision-making, and practical follow-through so insight becomes movement that can hold in real conditions.

Sojourner Strategy Group offers one-to-one and small-group coaching for people navigating transition, complexity, and pivotal decisions. This includes Near & Next Coaching, focused pathways for young adults, emerging leaders, professionals, people stepping into greater responsibility, and adults navigating meaningful transitions of their own.

Near & Next coaching also supports parents, families, mentors, advocates, and other invested adults whose roles are changing as someone else grows, launches, leads, or carries more responsibility.

What Guides the Journey

Sense the signal.

Name what is emerging.

Steward wise choice.

Build what holds.

Keep learning in motion.

“Antoinette helped me move from many ideas on paper to one implementable direction. I gained confidence in

my language, clarity about my audience, and tools for responding to crisis moments with intention. The work

felt like a true partnership—calm, flexible, and deeply supportive.”

—Patience Poni, Founder, Civic Coded Africa

Coaching

Awareness comes first, and options take shape from there.

You can expect steadier direction, grounded decisions, and follow-through that holds.

We offer one-to-one and small-group coaching for people navigating transition, complexity, and pivotal decisions. Our coaching strengthens self-leadership, thoughtful decision-making, and practical next steps, so insight becomes choices, practices, and next steps you can actually carry.

This includes Near & Next Coaching, a focused coaching pathway for young adults, emerging leaders, professionals, people moving from college into work, people stepping into greater responsibility, and adults navigating meaningful transitions of their own. Near & Next also supports parents, families, mentors, advocates, and other invested adults whose roles are changing as someone else grows, launches, leads, or carries more responsibility.

Consulting

We bring an outside lens that shapes direction, decisions, and follow-through.

We offer consulting engagements for teams and organizations doing consequential work. Our consulting adapts to what the moment requires and produces usable recommendations, practical artifacts, and structured support for aligned action, so teams can move from complexity to usable direction, shared understanding, and practical action. This may include strategic advising, governance support, program design, evaluation, board or team alignment, change management, leadership planning, or translating complex needs into usable recommendations and next steps.

You can expect sound recommendations, practical artifacts, and momentum that carries forward.

Co-Design

We co-design with you, building on what is present and shaping the emerging.

We offer co-designed retreats, studios, and cohort experiences that bring participants into the work itself. These offerings blend reflection, shared learning, facilitated process, and collective design so participants help shape meaning, practice new possibilities, and carry the work beyond the room. Whether the focus is personal transition, team development, community meaning-making, or next-stage life, participants help influence the arc, relevance, and outcomes of the experience. Co-Design is especially useful when people need to participate in shaping the work, not simply receive a finished plan.

You can expect engaged participation, shared meaning-making, and outcomes shaped with people, not simply for them.

“I was navigating the academic, emotional, and professional demands of my doctoral program and needed

steady guidance to navigate challenges with intention and confidence. Through Antoinette’s coaching, my

thinking became more precise and more focused. She helped me break down complex situations, identify

barriers, and approach my work with greater precision and purpose. Working with Antoinette feels both

supportive and empowering. She genuinely cares about outcomes that are meaningful for me and consistently

demonstrates thoughtfulness, patience, and a deep commitment to helping others succeed.”

what PARTNERSHIP HAS MADE POSSIBLE

What I appreciated most was the way Antoinette worked—calm, flexible, and grounding. It felt like a thoughtful

third voice offering multiple perspectives. I felt seen, heard, and genuinely supported. The process was a true

partnership, not directive—and it honored my lived reality and cultural context from the very start.

When our program needed an outside evaluator for a state grant, the first person I thought about was Dr.

Antoinette Dendtler. She is a consummate professional whose work has always been stellar. Upon agreeing to

take on the project, she immediately created a plan for outreach, measures of success, data collection, and

storytelling. Our team was always clear about the status of the project and any action items she needed from

us. Working with Dr. Dendtler has allowed us to document our project highlights, challenges, and the

implementation process, while leaving the intricate execution of these evaluation tasks to her, while our team

remained focused on project activities. We are excited to disseminate the final report she helped us create.
